Diesel generator engine no matter at low speed or high speed, low temperature or high temperature, oil pressure gauge always indicates below 0.1mpa. And accompanied by oil pressure alarm light flashing, this is the oil pressure is too low: the reason should be checked from the following aspects: first unscrew the oil ruler. See whether the oil in the oil pan is enough, whether the oil is too thin; Secondly, the oil pressure gauge and the induction plug are out of order, and the induction plug wire will be removed directly from the iron. At this time, if the oil pressure returns to normal (or remove the induction plug, briefly start the engine) or the oil is ejected from the oil channel, the pressure is very sufficient, the finger can not press, indicating that the induction plug is damaged; Replace the test with a good oil pressure gauge. If the oil pressure is normal, the crude oil pressure gauge is damaged. Check again whether the process oil plug on the body is loose, whether the oil pipe is broken, whether the pressure valve is stuck, whether the oil filter is blocked, etc. (remove the oil induction plug, start the engine briefly, if there are bubbles in the middle of the oil spray from the channel, then the oil inlet pipeline intake); Finally, check whether the oil pump is seriously worn.
Second, the oil pressure suddenly drops to zero
When the diesel generator engine is working, the oil pressure gauge indicator drops from normal value to zero suddenly, accompanied by the oil pressure indicator light flashing. At this time, we should first check whether there is oil in the oil pan. If there is no oil, it indicates that the oil pipe is broken, cracked or the oil pan oil discharge screw plug is loose, resulting in oil leakage. Secondly, check whether the oil pressure gauge and induction plug are damaged. Then check the oil pump drive shaft, drive pin is broken so that the oil pump stops working. Finally, check whether the oil filter is blocked by foreign bodies, whether the screw plug of the cleaning oil chamber of the connecting rod bearing is loose, and remove it in time.
Three, the oil pressure suddenly increased many
When the diesel generator engine runs at medium and high speed, the oil pressure gauge indicates a sudden increase from the normal value, and exceeds the pressure limiting value of the pressure limiting valve by 0.5~ 0.6mpa, and the oil pressure can not quickly drop to the specified value after the engine speed is reduced. At this time, we should first check whether the oil pressure gauge is damaged (after engine flameout, the oil pressure gauge is still indicating pressure, that is, the pressure gauge is damaged); Then check whether the main oil channel is blocked after the table (can unscrew the main oil channel process screw plug dredge); Check whether the pressure limiting valve and oil return valve are stuck and cannot be opened; Check whether the nozzle hole of the rotor type fine oil filter is blocked, resulting in all oil from the crude filter into the main oil passage, resulting in oil pressure rise.
